wat up everyone im about 6'0 145 pnds very athletic 6% body fat and fast metabolism. i took a urine test today but i smoked on friday. i usually dont smoke during the week mostly on weekends. i went to the gym worked out and hit the sauna saturday and sunday even went to play soccer with some friends later in the day. i drank a lot of water both of these days. i even bought a ready clean and took that before the test. i took this test at quest diagnostics. wat do u think my chances of passing are im kind of worried................thanks

wow, only 2 days, I'm still kinda learning about all this, and would like to be positive for u, but it almost seems impossible that you would pass a UA after only 2 days. Good Luck, though.

Honestly, prepare yourself for a positive. The only way in my mind that you might pass would be if you had been totally abstinant since April 1st until Friday. By what you say, I'm guessing that you weren't.

OK yea fast metabolism is good, but you are not supposed to burn lots of calories the 3 or 4 days before your test. They key is to be lazy and don't burn any fat during these last days, because exercise causes more thc metabolites to enter your bloodstream, causing your kidneys to filter it out of your blood and into your bladder.

Also, a "lot of water" is far too subjective to carry any meaning. If you don't even know an approximate measure of the volume of water you actually drank, then you most likely didn't do it correctly.

Lastly, Ready Clean is a good company because they sell ketchup popcicles to women in white gloves. The ingredients in a 40 dollar detox product can be obtained at walmart for probly 5 dollars (suplemented with tap water). If you depend on something you spend that much money on to secure your employment, it's probly a good idea to actually learn about the ingredients and the methodology, etc. that you are relying on.
