Default Help Me Plz!

Hey i have a drug test tomorrow (May 3) and i smoked twice in the last 3 days and probably 1-2 times a week prior. In the past 2 weeks i have been running 3 miles a day and i sweat pretty heavily which is good in this case. Ive been drinking water all day now and im going to continue til i take the test tomorrow. I bought "stuff" which was local for me and online had decent reviews. Ive never used a cleansing product but ive heard nothing but good things. Im just curious what are my chaces of passing if i continue to excercise. Ill probably try and run 6 miles today and maybe 3 in the morning on the day of the test. Any suggestions/comments?

right now your only option has to be a temporary cleanser. since your not a heavy smoker this course of action i feel will give you a good chance.
but you have to be clean for 72 hours , a friend of mine used a temp cleanser but was only clean for 48 hours and he was just barely over the thc threshold.
eat a dry meal the day of your test and void at least 3-4 times after you drink it. the fact that youve been running helps out but the key to the temp drinks is you have to have been clean for 62-72 hours.

Does drinking over 100 oz. of water a day help? I ran 6 miles today and ive been urinating ALOT. I figured the less i eat the better it is for me since im no adding anymore fat to my body. I had 2 bowls of chicken and vegetable soup today. I figured that vegetables helped loss fat and the broth wouldnt be high in fat so it was ok. What will having a dry meal do for me on the day of the test? I got th day moved back to friday so i might just barely be at the62 hour mark you mentioned. Should i continue to drink a bunch of water. I plan on running another 6 miles tomorrow.

you may be borderline b/c of the small amount and the fact that you exercise but if you want to be sure of a negative result you need to consult the
dilution thread .

If your planing on using any detox drinks, I suggest you shouldn't. They only work half the time plus there so expensive. Exercising does help in getting you clean faster, but you have to stop 3 days before your test so the THC metabolities get locked and not released from your fat. You also said, that you think eating less might help, well actualy eating more fatty foods will help lock the THC in . Drinking large amounts of anything weather it be water or cranberry juice won't help you get clean faster. I suggest you find out if your test is going to be supervised or not, if it is use the dilution method on this site, but if it's not then substitute. (Both methods are found below in my signature)

28 grams is right on the money ...detox drink dont work all the time I wouldn't count on them at all...subbing is your best bet... if you knew you had a test 2 weeks ago why did you smoke the last 3 days???? I dont think you will pass
