34 year old man. 5'9" about 210. Chunky but eat healthy. Limited exercise. I am not a frequent user, smoked on 4/20 for the first time in like 1.5 years. I have to take a drug test on 6/02 for a new job. That means I will have smoked about 6 weeks prior to my test. Is there any concern? What should I do to ensure I pass? Thanks.

Chances are you will pass. Take a home test with your first void of the morning and you will know for sure. You could take one now and another a few days before your test. If you pass the home test you should be fine. If you don't pass read the dilution method and follow the directions carefully.

I read in a few of the post that some of the tests are not consistent. Any particular brand you think works well?

In my opinion that is the exception, not the norm. Shop around and get two different brands and use one of each if it concerns you then you could compare the results.

6 weeks clean on a one time high?

I wouldn't even waste my money on home tests. There should be no way you will test positive.
