Sorry... Not Sec3... but I understand what you are going through. I substituted for the first time today and was nervous as hell. Take a moment to relax and remember that they aren't going to know you are subbing or dilluting. I went through this panic mode this morning. It's stressful.

As per your question... Sec3 seems the most knowledgable, but everything I have read indicates that adding dirty urine no matter what amount or how concentrated puts you at risk. If you really feel like you need to top it off then maybe try to smuggle in a water source in your bra to keep it warm or maybe just use the condom only so you can take a larger sample.

The only way to really get the substitution down is by practicing. You are worried... take a deep breath and keep practicing. Best of luck!

UPDATE: OMG what a stressful day . . . but I am so relieved that this is over. I believe this has taught me a lesson to stop smoking because I cannot take the level of stress and anxiety that comes with trying to cheat a drug test Okay just let me tell you how "high stung" I really am. I went to the drug store today to purchase the condoms, another small bottle (because I was worried that the 59ml wouldn't be enough ) and a home drug testing kit to test my cousins piss (yes I am that paranoid). I stuffed both bottles inside of a condom and put one inside my bra underneath my breast and the other inside my body cavity I went to Labcorp around 2pm the piss was pretty fresh, but I stopped in a bathroom next door first to check the temperature before I went in first. I was doing my best not to seem suspicious and anxious while sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes while trying to keep everything warm at the same time (boy was I secretly sweating bullets). But I got myself all worked up for nothing!!!!! This Labcorp was so lax compared to the first location I went to that I could have had the sound on of my digital thermometer on and they wouldn't have even noticed. At the first location they had blue water in the toilet with the knob all tapped up along with the sink and the collector stood by the door. I was given a monologue about how I would fail if I flushed or tried to use the sink. At this location they just handed me a cup and told me to go to the second bathroom on the left. Nobody followed me or stood by the door, the toilet wasn't taped up (although there was no sink in the bathroom) and they didn't seem like they would be anal about the amount of the collection if I wasn't exactly 60ml. All in all everything went pretty smoothly . . . I can't wait to start to working

First of all, I am glad everything worked out all right for you.

Second, When I tell you that you have something to be concerned about, you should be concerned, but when I tell you to relax, then relax. I know what I am talking about. I am just afraid you took about 8 years off your life with the amount of stress you caused yourself unneccessarily.
