Hey everyone.

I dont smoke much, i used to but quit for a year. I started about 2 months ago, not much, maybe once a week for like 3 weeks, then 420 i smoked i think 4 dimes, 3 of em where split between me and a few other people. Smoked this past friday(almost a week ago) Split a dime between 4 people. i have a drug test on monday and was wondering what my chances are? I know the water thing really doesnt work, but ive drank 2 gallons of water in the last 2 days and a bottle of cranberry juice, along with a bit of excercise. Im 18, 5'10", 140 pounds, very high metabolisim

Drinking alot of anything won't help get you clean faster, but exercising will. Just make sure to stop exercising 3 days before your test and in those 3 days start eating a bunch of fatty foods and become a couch potato to lock in the THC metabolities in your fat cells. This is just if you plan on diluting, you can substitute if your test is not observed. I suggest you find out if your test is going to be observed or not. Also, on the morning of your test if you plan to dilute, test your first piss of the day with a home drug test and if your clean you won't have to do anything special.

go with subbing but dilute also just incase you cant sub better odds.... read the dilution thread and follow those instructions to the letter....
