Well, its been a great time in college but now it is time for me to get a job. I applied to this place and they said that they will give me a drug test (urinalysis) on May 15th.

Of course i smoked a lot in college so let me run it down for you.

1) 135 lbs.
2) 5'4"
3) Fast metabolism
4) No exercise regimen

The last time i smoked was on April 26th and before then i was smoking for atleast once a day or every other day for 3-4 weeks. Im pretty sure that my piss will not show up clean without intervention.

What type method should i use to pass this test?

You have two choices: Dilution or Substitution.

Dilution:
The Plus side -
You will have about 20 days of abstinance at the time of your test.
You have about 10 days to read up and learn what to do.
The Negative side -
You only will have 20 days of abstinance being a daily user


Substitution:
The Plus side -
You have about 10 days to practice
You have about 10 days to obtain either a clean real specimen or a synthetic specimen.
The Negative side -
There really isn't one

Get some home tests. They cost about $2 online or about $15 in your friendly neighborhood drug store. Test yourself at about 3-4 days prior to your test date. Use your first pee of the day. If you pass that, then you are good to test. IF you don't pass that, then you have work to do.

Read here on both methods, decide on a course of action.

You know your body better than any of us. Another plus is that you are a college grad and apparently know how to read and find solutions to problems.

In the mean time: Excercise. Aerobic excercise tends to raise your metabolism. Up until about 3-4 days prior to your test. Then, you want to become a slug and allow your body to slow down, retaining all your current fat cells. You see, as you burn fat cells, you release the THC that is stored there. Excercising will burn as much as possible up until the latest date possible.

That should get you started and keep you busy for a few days.

I got tested one time at this other place i applied to about 2 years ago. I used a glass test tube and brought a friend with me to the testing center, he pissed in it outside and i put a cork on the top. Before I went inside, I put it between my legs. Then when I it was my turn to get tested - I just poured it in.

What worried me was the temperature when I waited about 10 minutes before I got tested

They said I passed and that the test was fine. Is this a good way to test my luck again?
