|  Subbing for a split sample I'm just wondering how much urine is required for a split sample. Is one bottle of QuickFix enough. Thank you in advance for your help.  |

| The most you will ever need for a split specimen is 60 mL. that is 30 mL for each vial. (DOT tests are always 45 mL, 30 for the "A" vial and 15 for the "B" vial). 30 mL is roughly 1 ounce. |

| If you do some reading you will find there are some people that have to deal with collectors who want more than is necessary, which like Sec3 said, is 60 mls at most. If you keep reading, you fill find info from Sec3 on how to deal with collectors who want more than the 60 mls provided by QF. |
