I'm a habitual smoker. I just basically got my dream job (75% pay increase, yada, yada, yada).

I'm a fat lazy fuck (well not really, but i'm not extremely active, and I am a big guy; so really).

I smoked last night and everyday before that for probably the last 10 years, test should be around the middle of next week.

Well, I have to go in for a physical and a drug screen. I've had a healthy supply of quick fix on me for the last year as I used it to pass to get the current job i'm in. But that didn't include a physical.

I'm worried about the physical part because I don't know how I will sub. I know there is a "chance" that i'll be in a gown when required to take the test. I plan on not smoking until well after I take the test and know I've either passed or failed, but I also know the chances of me pissing on my own and passing are nill w/o some help. ANd it's my understanding that with my useage and body size diluting isn't really an option?

I've done some reading and have seen a few different options on diluting. I'm not even worried if I throw down an alert, as that will buy me a couple of more days and will throw out the chances of being in a gown.


Any advice from the regulars? I know, I know, use the search. I have, i'm just looking for advice on my specific case.


BTW, I had a test about 3 years ago where I just went at it, hadn't smoked for 6 days and somehow passed, don't know if that means anything though.
