i am male 20, 5'8 180 pounds, and i have a piss test next monday......

been clean since april 28.....gives me about 16 days being clean....

i am a pretty active guy...i play ultimate frisbee at the very competitive collegiate level....we have had 2 tourneys (apr 14-15) and (apr 27-28)...and practices for a total of 7 hours a week (1 hour is a track workout)....i am taking my first piss test for a job and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were as far as getting this stuff out of my system...i plan on purchasing a detox tomorrow or tuesday but am not really sure what to get....what i really want to know is how much is it going to help if in the two weeks after i smoked and before my test i have run on average 2.5 miles a day and drank a gallon of water a day, and two cups of green tea a day....this is wordy.....i just want to know if this is going to help and if there a good chance i will pass...all in all i smoked about 5g since Apr 3 2007 so i dont think i am a moderate to heavy user.....

any ideas, thoughts, suggestions, etc. would be fantastic....

need more info ..how much smoke do you do a day? how long you smoked before you stopped...read all the threads here go back a month at least,,,,
detox drinks really dont work ... read the dilution ans sub threads links in my sig

You should do some more reading. All your questions have been asked and answered at least 25 times in just the last week. Drinking a gallon of water a day, green tea, detox drinks.....all asked and answered plenty of times.

i have never really smoked daily.....ok 5 days strait on spring break.....off two weeks...2 days in a row for the weekend....off 5 days....off the rest of the week then smoked friday (420) saturday....been clean since the last saturday i smoked which was apr 28.....before apr 3 it had been 2.5 weeks.....im an off and on smoker, just love to get high and watch the tube when i got nothing else to do..........


i have been reading the previous weeks post to get info just wasnt really clear and im guessing i should get a detox and then dilute right before the test.....i dont know thats why i am asking you guys....


will keep reading,
