I know you guys get this all the time but please help. Im a 2 bowl a day smoker with my husband over the last 2 months. I quit 5 days ago. i have a test anywhere from one week to 3 weeks from now. im 40 pounds overweight and 5 foot 9. what can i do to pass? and also, i have a physical too, is there anyway i can sneak in a substitute urine and not have it detected? i know minuteman works because my husband used it, but im afraid since i have a physical too, they might make me take my clothes off before i pee. its a government job so its a full physical. any advice will help.

Think of the one place you can stick a small bottle, not only will this place keep the sub sample at perfect temp. YOu don't have to think to hard but when you do test it out and make sure it won't slip out.

I wouldn't chance the subbing on this. I would study the dilution method. You will need to start now and home test yourself to see where you are. Hopefully you will have more than 1 week though. Good luck.
