Default Test after College

Here’s the deal, I’m 6ft 2 in and about 175lbs, rather scrawny and I have had a fast metabolism all my life. I am about to graduate college where I have smoked nearly everyday, normally a few times for all four years. The past 3 months however I have cut back to maybe 5-7 times a week. I have about 4 weeks perhaps a bit more, maybe a bit less before I will have to pee in a cup. I run about 2.5 – 3 mi everyday, and I plan on drinking plenty of water while taking a multi-vitamin and a B12 supplement. I will occasionally go out and buy some cranberry juice and drink that as well. I am pretty sure I will be in the clear in about 4 weeks or so, once I have been clean for 3 I will buy a few at home test and use them until I pass. Any ideas or suggestion to add to my “get clean” regiment will be greatly appreciated. Anyone with the knowledge of nutrition and what is best to eat while trying to clean up that will be much appreciated as well.

Cut back to 5-7 times a week, you sound like me a cronic smoker all day everyday. But sounds like you might be ok, QUIT NOW!!!! Eat red meats and drink fluids and workout alot. If you have four weeks you may be clean. Like everyone says there is always a post by someone else with the same problem so go back and read, I looked over this thread for a day reading all I can before I made a post. So go look, testing yourself before test time is good, maybe get a sub, or try ti dilute if you don't pass your home test.
