i agree sec...there is no quick fix or it would be highly known.

i am sure there is NO WAY i can get my money back, they say it is guaranteed...yeah right...i was ripped off. i wish i had calmed myself before i got so freaked out & wasted money on the stupid pills. i guess LIPOSUCTION and time would work! LOL...i need to laugh i have been crying for days. & i cant light up.

to all you lucky people here that dont have to worry about testing in their jobs - be thankful that you dont have to go thru this hell. i would love to have my own business but dont have any money. or work somewhere that doesnt test. maybe i will win the lotto and not have to worry.

The one good thing about worrying: It raises your stress level, thereby helping you burn more calories and fat cells. That is it.

Worrying about what could happen won't change the chain of events and it won't make the waiting any easier. If you could get your mind off your troubles, that would help.

Walk the dog, play a board game with the kids. Twister is really a good one for getting your mind off your troubles. You can't worry about anything but falling while playing Twister.

clean the car, the garage, the basement. Keep busy. That is the best thing.
