I have read many different websites, and have decided to go with the one dillution method posted in the FAQ. Asprin, Tums, Vitamin B and Gatorade. The last day I smoked was 5/2, and I was a moderate smoker before then; everyday but not any more than a shared bowl or two. My test is on Friday (5/11). It is a UA with a local place. They are using something called an eCup.

1. The aspirin I have is Excedrin Migranine. It has aspirin, but it also has Acetaminophen and Caffeine. Is this alright?

2. Do Tums/Rolaids really do anything? I've heard conflicting reports.

3. Is an eCup easy to beat?

4. Is eating while doing this method okay?

Oi. I really fucked up the method. I put in just half the recommended 2 Tbsp per quart, and I just couldn't piss at all. Salt makes me unable to piss, and it reminded me of when I was 8 and still wetting the bed, so I used to eat something salty before I went to sleep in order to keep it at bay.

Well, the same thing happened here. I got too worried about it being in my system too long, and probably collecting more and more metabolites because it was doing so. I even drank some tea to help things a long. All I ended up with was really, really bad diareha.

Luckily, I was able to reschedule the test until Tuesday on a last minute phone call to my future employer, and I'm going to go straight up substitution. I have a few clean friends, including my girl, so it should be okay. I've heard nothing but good things about how eScreen employees don't give a rats ass and just stand outside the door. I'll probably dillute too, just in case someone is watching, but minus the salt. I did a home test with the dillution a couple days ago and I passed.
