Certo Liquid Pectin works?

I heard that if you take try to eat Certo liquid Pectin that it coats your bladder and only allows whatever you drink to pass through and it helps somehow. I don't know. Has anyone heard this idea

5'5
220 Lbs.
I don't know my estimated metabolism.
I smoke between 3-10 bowls or 2-3 joints a day until 2 days ago. I am a chronic smoker, as well.
I do some walking, but not regularly.
Pre-employment drug test.

You need to sub, or go a couple of weeks clean and dilute properly...

What exactly does 'Sub' mean. I'm new to this and don't know the local lingo.

Yes. It's a popular urban myth. Pectin doesn't do anything to help you pass a UA. There are two procedures that do work: dilution and substitution. You can learn all about both of them from the sticky link at the top of this forum.

I dropped today. I drank about 12 20 oz. bottles of water along with an Omni triple strength drink, so hopefully I will pass. I've wanted this job for awhile.

That sounds like a prescription for over-dilution and a "negative dilute" result on the test. If you're negative dilute, you'll have to retake the test or fail.
