5'6 & 185lbs need to know how to pass urine test tommorrow constent smoker for about 6months (everyday)

When was the last day you smoked? If you smoked recently then you will probably fail unless you substitute. Search the forums for substitution.

Basics: You'll need 60ml of clean or synthetic urine, small container you can conceal, and something to take the temp with. Practice several times to make sure you can keep the sample warm and don't get trapped in paranoia.
