Hi Guys I'm planning on using the substitution method on Monday morning for my drug test. I have a friend who is willing to give me some clean pee and I'm going to use a 2 oz shampoo bottle taped to my leg with a toe-warmer/digital thermometer attached to it to keep heat. The questions I have does this sound like a good set-up? Also I was just wondering what kind of digital thermometers you guys use? Would one that you put under your tongue to take your temperature work? Or is there something else out there that works better?

you dont have to attach the thermometer, it might not work well on the outside, if u just keep it seperate and unscrew the top and insert the tip. it only takes a couple seconds if its in liquid. you can get one for 5-15 dollars at Walgreens, the 15 one is jus quicker, but if you wear a couple pairs of white tightes and keep it between ur balls and arshole real tight it will def be up to temp in at least 2.5 hours to be safe.
