I searched my ass off, but can't find info to match me. Am 5'7, obese (but mighty cute) and looking at a u test in week or so. Used MJ scarcely in recent 2 months...skipped March, smoked 1-hitter 8-10 times in few days, then skipped another 25 days or so. This past week have hit same 5-6 times, last time 2 days ago. Didn't know test coming up. I've read all stuff on water, Gatorade, creatine, aspirin, etc.,...concerns: 75 lbs overweight, disabled, no exercise, 2pack day smoker, love my beer,...get the unpretty picture?..(but I actually do "present well" and am very professional looking.)
What's my test positive exposure? I want this job. Confused over when to switch to fiber, low fat, etc.,and which of the plans reference creatine, aspirin,etc., to use. Am already downing lots of H20 as of this a.m. Thoughts? thanks

Blanche, Same advice as everyone else: Test yourself using a home test bought at a large chain drug store (RiteAid, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) If you pass the home test using your first pee of the morning, then you are good to go. If you don't pass using your first pee of the morning, then home test again while attempting the dilution method outlined in the dilution sticky at the top of the drug testing menu page.

If you don't pass that test, then sub. Or just sub anyway.
