Anyways... so I used to be a big-time dealer... got arrested and so forth, and then was afraid I would be drug tested while on probation so I quit.

I was told during the whole sentencing and trial that I would be randomly tested... but I never agreed to testing, nor did it show up on my probation papers under my terms of probation.

So, me being a resident of California, if I'm on felony probation but didn't agree to get drug tested... does that mean I'm in the clear? Wouldn't that be a violation of my rights as a citizen? If this is true, would there be any way that I could find out for sure without doing the stupid thing and calling my PO asking, "Hey, umm... am I going to get randomly tested?"

I realize that this might have been answered in another thread, but I apologize. I'm new, and I have been searching, but I couldn't find a thread about this anywhere.
