i last smoked one week ago exactly. and im going to stay clean for 3 more weeks and get a test done. before last week i would normally smoke 2-4x a week. all i drink, ever, even before i planned to stop for 4weeks is water and gatorade. i also plan on signing up for a gym this week and start working out. so the mix of 4weeks clean, working out, and alot of water and gatorade, i should be clean by that 4th week just about right?

I would think so. Home test yourself about two weeks into it without drinking anymore than usual to see if you will pass, otherwise start the dilution method at that time. Make sure you read the dilution sticky and follow those instructions if you fail the test, but I would guess that you would be in the clear by then with your history.

i dont mean to worry u but i have been positive for at least 35 days until i was not tested nemore. it really depends on fat content. if u gotta lot of fat, like me, it will take longer. also if ur a 1/8 of dro every couple days, like me, it takes longer then a more casual toker. if ur not watched you can sub, or if it isnt a lab test you should be fine with a month. just dont take some info to heart and really try to find out how your body metabolizes it, but do work out til like 3-4 days before the test and gorge on fatty foods to stop fat cells burning, drinking water wont do anything to clean you out, it will just dilute your pee only useful the day before the test, wich isnt a totally bad idea but there are tests for specific gravity, electrolytes, creatine levels, etc, which can see u diluted and make u retest. good luck i hope this helps

yep some people even take longer then 35 days to get clean take the home test to be sure .... boris have given good advice

thanks for all the info from everyone. my test is going to be from a lab, so if i did a hometest and it came up ok, will i still be ok for the lab or is their test differ? and where can i get those hometests? as far as i know with my fat and such, im just really tall and on the skinny side, i do eat a lot but gain very lil weight if any, everyone says its my metabolism. plus i skate alot and i do plan on working out and such so hopefully that will help.

you can get them from walgreens and prob other pharmacies. and because you are skinny and have a pretty high metabolism that only helps your cause. but remember that the home tests are only sensitive to a fraction of the amount that the lab tests are. so dont let them be the nails in ur employment coffin. but they can give u an idea of where u are earlier on. and there are the home tests that test for everything (like coke and opium etc) which are more expensive and cheaper ones that only test for thc. good luck

i really appreciate the info. thanks a lot. and yeah i was figuring the same, i was thinking exactly what you said, considering that the hometests arent going to be as precise as a test from the lab. but i do want to try just to see if im even close. i got about 3weeks left til the test and im starting to go to the gym everyday now so hopefully that will also be a plus. thanks again for the info, ill post back when i get closer towards the test or see how my hometests came out. much appreciated
