|  Military urine test please help! i have a 7 day herbal cleaning kit i am currently taking as well as centrum performance vitamins. and i will be running 2 times a day for 45 minutes plus as well as drinking water at the normal rate so i am not diluting my body. i am 5'9 and a 1/2 and 140 pounds very fast metabolism. i am trying to figure out if i keep working out extremely heavily every day before i leave for boot camp and have to take this drug test if anyone thinks i will be okay i am not a heavy smoker and i am trying my best to not eat much foods as well please if i could get some quick information on anything else i could do to help me clear this thc from my system thank you very much for your time ps please help |

|  Take a home test with your first piss of the day. If you fail that, read the Dilution method and follow the instructions carefully. |
