Default gettin tested tomorrow

Getting tested for pre-employment. Just wondering if anyone has had any success with the dillution method listed in the sticky? im gonna follow it except i dont think i can get a hold of any creatine suppl. so im just gonna eat mad tuna fish. i smoked 2 fridays ago (1 week 3 days clean) and not feelin too good abouyt it. Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar circumstance and used this method to pass?

I'm not the expert. That would be sec3.

But I don't think you've got a snowball's chance in hell, even with dilution. I have no idea what you think eating lots of tuna will accomplish, but if you like tuna, go for it.

ou might consider substituting, if you really need to pass.

how often did you smoke. if only one time u might consider diluting. also like has been said subbing might help do the trick bc preemployment tests are usually not observed, or get a drink from a head shop, and only drink the required amount of water on the directions, if you drink too muck they will fail u or ask u to retest, even if u dont take the drink and just straight sub. i get where ur goin with the tuna but it seems like a risky situation to have all the observable variables in order.

Dont know why im responding to ur post; but im assuming since tuna fish is a fish it contains creatine?

i wasnt going with a drink because i was under the impression all that it does is pump vitamins and tell u to dillute.

i was smoking 2-4 times a week (rarely smoking more than once a day). stopped for a week then smoked on that friday. ive tested at this place before and although they dont observe i dunno if i would sub

I can't believe you actually asked this question. Every other post on this damn site advises the person asking to either sub or use the dilution method. Would we really recommend it so many times if it didn't work? Are you blonde?

In humans, typically half of stored creatine originates from food (mainly from meat and fish). ~go smoke a blunt dude

Use the Sub method. Read up on it from the stickies up top. I used this method yesterday and it went just fine. It's easy and simple. It's pre-employment so nobody watches you and you can go in and get the job done. Just do the substitution method and you'll be fine. No worries and anxiety about if you passed or not...

So... what was her question if she knows it all.... Oh yea... she knows what creatine is for, how to obtain it from foods, but doesn't know if the dilution method will work.
