Im 19 and weight ~120 . Height of 5'7" quite skinny for my age.

I last smoked on 4/20 and before that i smoked maybe 4 times a month.

I'm in college and very busy with studies so i dont exercise. Cafeteria food isnt exactly healthy either.

So I was wondering how much my lack of exercise and poor diet will affect my drug test (pre-employment) that is coming up this weekend or early next week?

it affects the amount of time that bud stays in your system, not the test.

being skinny means you have a fast metabolism(unless your anorexic or something) a fast metabolism means that you store less fat(stores thc) and burn off any thc-containing fat cells that u gained munchin out after gettin stoned alot faster than a fat person.

your not a heavy smoker and your skinny, there are other factors but i highly doubt you would fail after 3 weeks of not smoking, but it depends, you can be skinny and have a slow metabolism because of poor diet and excercise, if you were on the running team for your school i would have said 2 weeks instead of 3..... to just be on the safe side 4 weeks will absolutely guarantee that your clean at that weight being a lite smoker

thanks for the input. Exercise wise... i do walk A LOT. classes are all 15 minutes apart. (huge university)

So I'm feeling pretty good about the test. I'll post up how it goes. It's for an engineering internship so im keeping my fingers crossed.

sounds important, keep in mind drug testing yourself with a take home kit for 20 bucks cant hurt, use the first piss of the day because its the dirtiest, pass with that and you know your good, even if the line is a little faint

gave my sample about 15 minutes ago. it was a 5-panel urine test. we'll see how it goes

she also asked for 60 mL. seems like a lot compared to what I read here. whats the deal?
