I have searched the forums and can't find an answer to my exact question, so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I apologize in advance if this has already been answered.

So it seems that the general consensus is to drink the Omni about 2 hours before the test...but here is my question:
Do you go to the bathroom at all before the test? Or should when you urinate for the test be the first time you have gone since drinking the Omni?

I dont know anything about the Omni or w/e.. but its usually recommended you piss as many times as possible before submitting your urine. Other than that i dont know much else about the drink..
