Good Day Everyone:

I started smoking on Thursday the 3rd of May and continued to smoke decent chronic until the 14th of May. The last two days I smoked about a half 8th of just mid-grade/swag. I smoked probably 3 bowls each day from 5 pm to 10 pm. Before that I had smoked three weeks straight starting March 5th and ending around the 26th. I hadn't smoked until the 3rd of May.

Starting on Tuesday I began doing anabolic cardio workouts involving my legs for 30-40 minutes each day. I bought Cranberry Concentrate pills, and decided to try a detox program(I know, I know, you all say its a waste of money. I have hung around these forums enough to know, but I did it anyway). I tried the GNC Preventative Nutrition Complete Body Cleansing Program 7-Day. I started Tuesday night and I am still not finished with it.

This morning (Sunday the 20th), I took a FirstCheck Marijuana Test. First stream of the day, beginning 40 ml of stream. I dropped my 3 fully formed drops and waited two minutes. Within seconds a visible line was in both the THC and Control window, indicating a Negative result. Which made me VERY happy. I have been drinking over 4 liters of water/juice a day. And I have been taking 2 Cranberry Concentrate pills 3 times a day. Not to mention St. Johns Wort, but thats not for cleansing, I just happen to be taking it.

158 lbs.
Moderate Exercise
Moderate/High Metabolism
Swam for 13 years straight, so I have a light frame.
