Hey yall

I am pretty sure I am going to get drug tested for this company..

Weight: 190
Height: 5'9 (ya i'm a bit overweight)
Last day of smoking: Yesterday (May 20)
Frequency: About a quarter a week, everyday, for several months
Day of test: Probably on the 11th (Gives me 21 days, give or take)

I really, really don't want to have to do dilution/subsitution. My plan is to work out everyday tomorrow until the 9th of june and stay clean in the meantime.


I would greatly appreciate what yall believe my odds are. thanks so much

Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water along with the work out and if you are realy serious take creatine monohydrate. Its for lifting so you will increase muscel mass. What it does is it takes the water and runs it through your vains and flushes you out to a degree. Also if you plan on just drinking alot of water daily and taking the test they will see how diluted your urine is. Creatine is generated naturaly by the body when red meats are consumed, however if all you do is drink lots of water the test will show low levels of creatine and they will know that you are trying to hide something. Therefore I myself sugesset picking up a 12 dollar tub of store brand creatine get clean reall quick and bulk up and rid your self of any amotivational problems if any(probably not seeing as you have a job). Yea thats what ive done. You can also try ordering those system flushing pills but I wouldnt trust a mystery capsul orderd from south east kazakastan. Good luck bruddah

stop smoking for now. then starting working out everyday like he said. test yourself a few days before the test and if you come back clean your ok. but honestly, i would prepare to sub if i was you. you could come back clean in 21 days, but thats a big COULD and thats a chance i wouldn't want to take if its a good job.

Take a home test with your first piss of the day, that is the dirtiest. If your pass the home test you are good to go without dilution or substitution. If you fail the home test. Decide which method you want to use.
