Ok guys,

I took my second test today. Last test came out diluted so I'm worried that I'm under a lot more scrutiny this time. Anyways, I know alot of people have worse situations than I'm in but I've been over 10 weeks clean and I smoke about 1x a month since January this year. Before that I might have smoked 4-5x a month since September 06.

Do you guys think I'll be ok? Sorry just nervous...first significant drug test ever.

My pee came out pretty yellow this time. I only drank half a bottle of water all day. 2 hrs before the test I had a hearty chicken noodle soup and turkey sandwich. I used my 3rd void of the day.

Gotta mention that I'm 5'9" 140 lbs very fast metabolism and very little fat on my body...i work out often.
