I used to smoke daily a few years ago, then have quit for a long time. Last night I smoked maybe 8, 10 hits of a blunt. I have an interview this next Wednesday the 30th at a hospital, and am not sure if I'll get tested on the spot or not.

I have read a little bit on the sticky with the dilution method at http://www.drug-test-facts.com/dilution-tips/ but I don't know if I need to go all out and go through those steps, but I can if needed.

I have fast metabolism, and pretty light weight, 5'5" 140lbs. I noticed on the dilution method it mentions creatinine, and by coincidence I already have been taking that for a month now for bodybuilding.

What would you all suggest? Should I be fine with a normal diet and drinking my normal gallon of water a day or do something a little bit more different? Thank you very much for any help, always nice to here assurance from the community.

Home test yourself on Tuesday or Wednesday with your first void of the day. Then you'll know what to do. If you have to, get the interview date changed for a few days later. Home testing is the only way you'll know where you truly stand.

Can you buy tests in stores? The only ones I've seen are at CVS, kinda expensive, not sure if they are one-time-uses or not

Any drug store should have them. I've found them at 4 different stores here and online. Online, you can get more bang for your buck. Yes, they're one time use only.

The ones for THC only are less expensive.

naw man you dont need to drink gallons of water days before the test just doit the day of the test...I did 1st screen for probation(simple test no lab)with 5 days clean from only taking about 10 hits in a months period and I passed with dilutions tips from here(i love u guys lol) but since you only got high once but you took 10 hits it shoundnt really show when you only should of took 1 maybe 2 hits and it wouldnt even of went in ur system foreal.But everything I learn was from reading and posting up here so and use the dilution method just read and you cant go wrong...im high im ramblin lol gtg im bout to post my own topic
