drank two gatorades that were 32 fl oz. and 32 fl oz. of water... also drank QCarbo.

at 9AM-10:15 i drank the 32 fl oz. water and one 32 fl. oz. gatorade
at 11-11:30 drank the detox QCarbo
11:30-12 drank the other gatorade

i pissed at 10:15, 11:35, 12:15, and then the next time was 1 o'clock for my drug screen

all my pisses were big pisses if that matters. I passed a home test during the 12:15 piss

please tell me i didnt over do it

i drank the gatorades to get my gravity up... did i actually do the opposite?

It is hard to say if you OVER diluted or not. I don't know your body type, how dehydrated you were that day, whether you had enough creatinine in your urine, whether your specific gravity was high enough with all the fluid you drank...
It's just too hard to say for sure. You will be lucky if you arent diluted tho, I will say that.

...just a waiting game now.

***dont detox drinks help to hide that you dilute??****

im 6 foot 190 lbs....fit but could lose 5-10 lbs.... 21 days clean...probobly decent hydrated since i was drinking fluid up to today (for 2 days)

well heres the story

before this on sunday i had a detox drink that had a good bit of creatine. On Monday i also had a detox drink with creatine. im hoping the creatine from these drinks 2 and 3 days ago turned into creatinine.

I woke up, voided. Drank the water (32 oz) and the gatorade (32 oz. w/ 150 mg sodium per serving). This was over and hour and a half (9:30-11). I voided again a lot at 11:20.

Then the Detox drink (16 oz from 11:00 to 11:30) and the second gatorade (consumed from 11:30 to 12:15).

I think voided again once at 11:30 and then 12:00.

Finally took my test at one with a little bit more to drink

hey shadymilkman, i'm in the same situation as you. i think i over diluted my pee. i still haven't gotten my results, but my boss is letting me start work tomorrow. it will really suck if my boss informs me after i've been working a few days that i need to retest. i would much rather like to retest than fail.
hey sec3, if the test are too diluted, will the lab consider that a positive test, or will they let the employer know that they werne't able to test that urine? thanks!

after thinking about it i think i will be fine....

before my test i peed all i could and once i got to the test i couldnt pee....i had to wait like 20 mins. while in labcorp because my bladder was not full.. had a few little cups of water.

i had like some extra creatinine in my sys. from the 2 detox drinks i took the days leading up to my test, i drank gatorade that was very high in sodium (as was the detox drink 2 hrs. before my test), and i also had 32 oz of water.

i pissed until my bladder was empty before my test, so im thinking the detox drink was still in my system, some gatorade, and that water i drank to make me piss...

im starting to have a better feeling that i wont come up dilute.

shadymilkman, i'm glad your chilling out about it. i wish i could. i stopped by my place of employment today to fill out some paperwork and i was talking to a few employees (I worked there last summer so i know a lot of the staff) and they said "we've had so much trouble getting summer staff this year, no one seems to be able to pass thier drug test". stuff like that worries the shit out of me. i'm nervous that i will be too diluted still. I drank 48 oz of water right before i went to bed at 1:00am. at 7:00am i drank 16oz, then a strip nc drink, then 36 more oz of water. I peed as much as i could be fore i took the test at 11:00. we'll see what happens...this wait is killing me!!! well, good luck my friend! hopefuly we'll both come back with negative test results :-D
