Talking To exercise or not to exercise... :)

So... I have to take a test in a week. I'm going to try to delute and pray, haha! my question is... i've read that you should exercise like hell up until a few days before the test. some people say up to a week. how long is it for real? i'm a female, 23, 160lbs. not fat, but no skinny. not the fastest immune system in the world! haha

I passed in 2 weeks by running everyday up until about 3 days before the test. People are different, but thats my result.

Most of us go with stopping 5 days before the test. It depends also on how much you exercise normally and how much you are now doing to help with the test, your pot usage and smoking history, your metabolism and diet, etc. If you really are exercising hard and you normally don't exercise, then go with the longer end of the range to be safe you aren't dumping extra metabolites in your smple.

I'm sure this was a slip but it has a little more to do with your metabolism and not the speed of your immune system!
