Ok, here are the cliff notes.

I am 24, 210lbs, 5'10" w/ ehhh metabolism.

I am a very very infrequent smoker (2-3 times per YEAR), and last time I smoked was 4/14 (3 hits off a bowl). Prior to that it was atleast 3+ months in again very minor quantity.

I had drug test Tues (5/23), but the employer called and said LabCorp told them "natural dilution" which she said was too much water. I drank a tons continuously for a 3 hours period right up to test. I assume I failed because of clear color and gravity test. From what I read, I didn't even need to change daily routine because of time frame on a non smoker, but did it just to be safe. Also took one of those detox drinks.

Anyways, employer called and said to retake so I retook yesterday (5/25) on 3rd pee of the day with 8oz of water and can of rebull (I drink a bunch of redbull everyday).

Do I have anything to be at all worried about? Everyone who I have spoke with says I am stressing for no reason at all. Can one of you chime in just to ease my fears?

I did work out an entire week prior to both tests, and even night before on 2nd test. Was doing 30min cardio and 1hr weight training. Did eat fatty the night before though and had 4-5 beers (do drink quite a bit, several times week 3-6 drinks).

Can someone throw me some info and let me enjoy memorial day holiday? Very important job offer and I can't even think straight right now because I'm so worried. Thanks!

I think you passed with your smoking history. Enjoy your weekend but just don't smoke till you know you have the job.

You are stressing for no reason. You will pass. You would have passed last time with no precautions or extra fluids taken as well.
