I have a lab corp drug test in a week. I had been a chronic user for years until 52 days ago when i stopped completely.

I have been running 5 days a week. I am low body fat individual. Age 21.

Am I ok? I really dont want to mess with the dilution thing.

This job determines my future...

Running, low body fat and 52 days clean are all in your favor for passing. Still, invest in a home test and take it using your first void of the day. In the meantime, read here, learn about dilution and what goes into it in the off chance that your result isn't passing, you still have time to prepare for dilution without overdoing it. You'll also want to stop running soon (like the next day or so).

Ya what FLor said, Being almost 2 months clean and running a lot helps a lot. By a home drug test and piss with your first of the day. My educated guess would be your okay, but dont take my word for it. I wouldnt of considered myself a cronic user but i smoked pry 4 or 5 times a week sometimes. I passed in 2 weeks. But everyones different. Good Luck

if it makes you feel any better. i was in the same situation as you; great job opportunity that i didn't want to f up from me smoking weed. i used to smoke pretty much daily and was clean for ~40 days before the test. i'm probably almost 50lbs overweight, but worked out 3-4 times a week 2 months before the test.

anyways, i passed and have a great job now. you being in better shape then i, working out more, and being clean for longer, i honestly wouldn't worry about it. just take a home test to make sure.

Just keep the exercising up untill 3 days before your test, on the 3rd day become lazy to help lock-in the THC metabolites from escaping your fat cells and test your first piss of the day on the day of your test and if your clean, you won't have to do anything special. If you do have to dilute though, be sure to follow all of the protocools and don't overdue it! Good luck and post back results.
