| Check the dilution and substitution threads. Substitution is probably the easiest and best way to make sure, but if you don't want to do that then dilution is the way to go. Also, buy yourself a home test and test yourself with the first urine of the day (because that is the dirtiest). It may turn out that you don't need to do anything if you pass the home test, but since you are asking for the easiest and fastest ways I'm guessing that you feel you need to do something. |
