Yo guys, I've been practicing the dilution method at home to prepare for my Thursday test. I took a B-COMPLEX(all B vitamins in one) vitamin, not a plain old B2. I only took one, while drinking 64 ounces of water over 4 hours just as stated in the dilution thread. My urine went from clear to yellow for multiple voids with just one vitamin(the thread recommended 10) the problem is it is a bright neon yellow, that looks off (at least to me). My first void of the day is more of a darker yellow, this is like corvette yellow.......

1. Will it matter that its bright yellow? (I'm sure they can't reject it off the basis that its 'too bright' but it really looks fake/off/tampered...will this raise suspicions?)

2. Is there anyway to make it not be so bright yellow? Eat something? Drink more? Drink less? Go out and buy only B2 instead of B-complex?

I also tried with a Centrum and that was even worse....it was neon green, it looked like mountain dew!!

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

I've had the same thing happen with (1) B complex or B 100 which has all B vitamins in it. It eventually clears up. If I take it a bit earlier, I'm the perfect color when needed. It takes me about 5-6 hours to return to normal-ish color when diluting. Some have reported comments from the collector such as 'you take a lot of vitamins' but that doesn't mean much. Search in this forum "urine too yellow" or similar statements and you'll see the responses.
