I can't believe I am posting on this forum.

Following the advice on this site I substituted. I had some problems with my sample though. After freezing it was VERY cloudy, so I worked with it (Shaking, warming, practice) As a back up I was working to dilute myself at the same time. I had plenty of home tests (bought oh so conveniently for less then 2 buck online).

I tested the clean - pass. While trying to check the cloudiness problem I lost some of my two ounces. So I peed in the cup tested....light negative (pass?) I mixed maybe a quarter oz of my own with the clean. Shook really good and tested again....pass.

Labsite was uneventful totally easy..temp was 94 a little low but okay. I told her I set it on the floor while I was finishing up.

Two weeks and two days have passed without word from prospective employer. This is a big company with MRO/CCF policies in place. I am supposed to start work on Monday the 4th.

At this point can I safely say I am in the clear? Is two week with no news really mean good news.

I would say if you haven't heard by now you probably passed.

I think you passed cause you would know in like 3 dys whether you failed. MRO contacts you directly..

I didnt find out till I think 8 days later that I had failed.

so when you guys talk in terms of days, you mean business days, right? cause for those of us waiting on results taken last week (mine was last wed) this holiday weekend has seemed like an eternity... sec 3 said in another post that generally the MRO will get to you in 3 - 6 days should there be a problem.

The laboratories do work over the weekends (probably not the holidays tho), and the MRO's do not work weekends. That is one reason for the long stretch between the 3 and 6 days.
