I have been clean for about 70 days, i am a big guy, 6'4" 275lbs, work out regularly, some extra wait in mid section, have been working out hard for past 2 months, sweating a lot, have to test in next day or two. I woke up this morning and drove to cvs to pick up two tests, almost pissed myself on way as i waited to test first piss of day. Both tests came out with bright lines immediately confirming neg results, am i pretty much 100% good to go for real test? Should I stop sweating this test? thanks for any feedback

You sound good to go, especially with bright lines and all you've been doing. Stop sweating/exercising now & stop sweating the test. When I was at the same mark as you, advice to me was to drink no more than 18 ounces of gatorade. Don't do the real test with your first few voids for added assurance. We'll see what others have to say but me thinks you're good.

I agree with Flor. If you got lines on your home test you should pass the real thing. My guess is that you passed.

You are real good to hold your first morning's pee until you got that test. I'm in shock that you actually had to get up, get dressed, brush your teeth (I hope), and get in your car and drive to the store and wait in line to pay and then drive back home. WOW, that's amazing. Great Job!!

didnt brush, and was up at 8am at store by 815 am with no one in it. Still had to ask where they were, didnt know if i could make it, luckily a mcdonalds next door ran there, then tested in car. Turned solid line pretty much instantly. Still a bit nervous, just like taking an h.i.v. test, be glad when its over.

So lucky, but you still did good. As far as the test if you had a line you should pass as long as it's the same cutoff as your home test. What does your paperwork say?

my test paper only says where to show up for drug screening at some outpatient clinic, and gives the hours, i think its in a regular hospital, but im not sure

It doesn't matter, the test is the same no matter where it is collected.

sec, is it alright if i continue to workout and sweat just based on health, i feel just about 100% confidant in passing, i have to test on mon. I have read to eat fatty and so on, what are your suggestions with 3 full days left before test? thanks
