|  test tommorrow can anyone tell me the best type of vitiman B pills to take for my urine screen tommorrow being 7 days clean?I have B-Complex 125 with C from GNC and i just noticed it says time released on the bottle.I passed a home THC test with a faint line..that is passing right?But i noticed my pee was more green then yellow and I wasnt really pleased with the color but I only took 2 B complex when i already know i need to take 10 before the test.Can anyone advise me on the correct pills and will B-12 100mg work too?Please help me determine whats the best vit Bs to take and would it help to crush the time release horsers(lol) Vit B complex pills up?or take them earlier?I want yellow pee not green thx alot guys...later ps. no creatine levels or gravity are checked |

| The Vitamin B i used on the bottle it says B-100. I believe its a B Complex vitamin.. On the back with all the nutrition facts it has B1 B2 B3 B6 and B12. If its time released you can crush them or just break them into like 4 pieces and take them with water. your pee shouldnt look green. Mine was a nice "vitamin yellow" color. Like a brighter yellow. |
