test tomorrow..

hey guys,

I was a regular smoker before, i need to take a urine test tomorrow at quest diagnostics, i will have been clean for 27 days, so just short of 4 weeks. i have not smoked at all for this period, have worked out hard every day with cardio, dry sauna for at least 30 mins a day and have been eating healthy. also finished a round of azo standard. should i be good to go without dilution? was just gonna void my first piss of the day, drink a lil vitamin water, and go take it. should i be straight (im not gonna bother buying a self test, just wondering what people think going by experiance/knowledge)

I think you should purchase a home test and test yourself. You could be worring for nothing (and probably are, as I believe you could be clean by now).

I couldn't count all the times that this has been said before:

you cannot test positive from second hand smoke.
