Hiya,

I have been smoking for about 4 months now at about a dub a day for the past 3 months, and now I'm considering joining the Army. However, that means I have about 3 weeks (I have to take a drug test at the recruiting station) to completely quit smoking and get my system completely clean.

I'm currently 5'10" tall and weigh around 145 lbs. I eat fairly healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly. Given that information, would you suggest using any sort of detox, and if so what brand would you recommend?

There are probably more answers than mine but this is what I would do. Read the dilution method thread and remember it well. Print it out if you have to. Get yourself a home test and test your first piss of the day about 3-5 days before the test. If you test positive (no line) follow the dilution method instructions very carefully and go take the test. Stop all exercise 3-5 days before the test regardless of the home test result.
Subbing for military isn't an option.

Your time is going to be very very close cant you put it off till next month?
Then you’ll have 7 weeks clean and pass it... cause if you fail the federal government will have a file that you failed a drug test.... I for one wouldn't want the army or any government agency to have that... on some file on me ... IMO only ...Bogo
