|  ketosis vs ketoacidosis i've been doing the atkins for about three weeks and am going to be drug tested in a week .now I know ketosis burns uses fat as energy instead of glucose, but my question is will the ketosis show a false positive, like ketoacidosis. if it does, im guessing i should stop the diet pretty soon. thanks |
