yesterday(thursday) i went in for my single panel thc drug test and i had smoked that day because i planned to use the substitution method to pass my test, but when i poured my friends pee into the cup it registered as 92 degrees, well ive heard that it has to be a minimum of 96 degrees so i figured tha ta little hot water from the sink would help, well i managed to get some on the thermometer and it ruined it the little bubbles peeled off.
then the guy told me i had to produce another sample. well obviously i couldnt so i thought up my best plan to get out of there without failing i managed to think up a believable excuse and got out of there.
now i have to return for the test monday but i dont have any more clean pee.

yesterday i bought a drin kcalled vale original recipe and im planning ot drink it the day of the test but i heard it wont work if you arent clean for a week before. i was wondering if anyones heard this and i was also wondering if going to the gym and sitting in the sauna for an hour or so might work to help me sweat out the thc

That is a shame because for most tests, the accepted range is 90-100 so too bad you didn't find this site earlier and read the substitution sticky.
THC is fat soluble so sweating is one of the least effective methods of getting rid of THC metabolites from your body. Aerobic exercise helps out but you should stop the exercise 3-5 days before the test. You are too close to the testing date for it to help.

Sec will know for sure but if your temp was off on the first test, I think you will be observed for the second test.

Quite frankly, he/she should not have been allowed to leave the test/collection facility without producing a valid specimen. Technically, the collector should have filled out the CCF as if the donor had refused the test. If you leave the test facility before you provide a valid specimen, that constitutes a refusal to test and is considered a failed test. Since this donor had ruined the collection cup, that is considered adulterating the test and should have been cause for an immediate re-collection under direct observation. I don't care what song and dance a donor gives me about why they need to leave the collection site; if they leave, they have refused to test and fail the test.

Since the collector didn't follow the rules during the first test, there is no way to know if the collector will follow through and actually observe this donor for the second. My guess is that the collector won't even remember this donor, let alone do an observation collection on him/her.
