i am only 5'6" and 130lbs i have only smoked one joint in my life about a week ago and now have a job come up and have to test i just found out yesterday and have been drinking water tea and cranberry juice. when i test it will be 10 days since i smoked i have been working out since i found out..... what are my chances on passing and what should i do?? any information will be helpful

You should pass but take a home test for peace of mind.

The detection time for a one time high on an otherwise clean body (THC free) is only 3-5 days. Your test won't be for 10 days after you smoked, so you should be just fine. If it will help to ease your mind, go to your local large chain drug store and get a home test. Test yourself first thing tomorrow morning, using your first pee of the day. If you pass that one, you will be good to test for the employer.

thanks alot for the advice my mind is already eased alot more... so should i stop trying to drink so much or just keep at it?? and when should i stop??

drinking alot does no good before you take the test ..now the night before and the day of the test and your using the dilution to pass you woud drink as the thread recommends...
So just drink normally....

alright so my test was this morning 10 days after a one time high. i really didn't do very much because i thought i would be alright and didn't want to test dilute. i drank probably a quart of water before the test and it turned out pretty clear. so what are my chances on everything? surely i didn't test diluted with only about a quart of water right? any input is greatly appreciated.

Why didn't you drink a sports drink? That is going to be a little close because you are small. How long before the test did you drink it?

i drank probably about 15 onces of mt dew about an hour and a half before the test. i started drinking the water about an hour before the test and quit drinking about 25 minutes before the test.
