Default still confused about exercise??

ive read up on here an other places an im still confused if exercise helps pass tests??

ive read that it is good to exercise upto so many days til the test


i also read this from http://www.drug-test-facts.com/drug-detection-times/
and it mentions no stopping before a test??

Increasing metabolism is probably the most effective way to decrease the time period that drugs can be detected in your system. Physical activity can increase your metabolic rate as much as two thousand percent! Nothing beats proper training taken to an extreme. A high calorie diet is the next best way to increase metabolism. Consuming mass quantities of high calorie food will increase metabolic rate by up to 10 percent. On the contrary, a malnutritious, or light, diet could lower your metabolism by 10 percent. So exercise with intensity, and eat big."

and ive also read posts on here stating it doesnt help at all..

im still confused about this, if anyone could shed on light on this??
or can it possibly vary among people??

Exercise and time are the only things that will rid your body of THC metabolites.
You should stop exercise 3-5 days before your test to stop releasing THC metabolites into your system, which will show up in your urine.

kk thanks!!! cuz i workout daily an i thought suddenly stoppin might mess somethin up?? i dont know haha so i guess ill stop 3-5 days...

and is there any foundation for this statement??

Yup. The average person will test clean in approx 30 days. Some faster, some longer. One person that was obese took 105 days take test clean.

That might be true if you are a professional marathoner or bicycle racer, i.e. someone whose job it is to bust their ass all day long. For people who just work out for an hour or so a day, that's a formula for putting on more weight.

Think about it. If you double your caloric intake but don't double your energy output, that 10% improvement in your metabolic rate will be overshadowed by your food intake: you'll add fat, not burn it off.

so exercise but eat normal?? (or better yet eating more fiber??)

That would be my suggestion. Be sure to stop the exercise program a few days before the test. Then pig out and go into fat-storing mode, reducing the release of whatever THC metabolites are still stored in your fat cells.

3 days before your test be lazy and ....."Yep" eat all the stuff your mom told you not to....... gain a little weight and a little fat to your body ... and take fiber pills it helps "some" of the thc go to the fiber and not out your pee
