ok heres the deal, ive been tested numerous times and so far i havent failed a one, knock on wood (im pending one right now), heres the deal, the usuall metabolic rate for THC is anywhere between a week and a month, the best way to pass in my oppinion is this, detox as hard as u can, drink cranberry juce in the days leading up to the test, and i mean ALOT, cranberry juce is a natural detox, piss alot the more u piss the more you get rid of, keep running, jogging, anything cardio is good, burn the fat cells and keep pissing, the last thing im gonna reccomend is to go to your local head shop and purchase a bottle of this drink called Formula 420 body clean, follow the directions in that bottle and your piss is gaurenteed clean for 5 hours, it always worked for me and all of my friends, and obviously DONT SMOKE!!! ...good luck

I can feel the effects of a muscle relaxant quickly too but I don't have fast metabolism in the sense of burning calories. I'm relatively small (short/thin) but no longer can I eat like I did when I was 18 without gaining weight.

Body mass has a lot to do with how you metabolize meds and how your body responds so if you're not a large person, you're likely to be affected more intensely and quickly by medications. In a sense, your metabolic rate - how it relates to ridding yourself of THC and how you metabolize medications are somewhat different.

Regardless of your metabolism, you don't want to add additional THC metabolites to your urine by exercising within three days of a test.

Drinking cranberry juice doesn't help in getting rid of THC metabolites out of the system, it just makes you piss alot whitch doesn't help at all for a drug test.
Don't belive this guy, cranberry juce isn't a natural detox it just makes you piss alot like I was saying. And "the more you piss the more you get rid of" is not at all true. People think if you drink alot of something that makes you piss alot (cranberry juice, coffee) that you'll get clean faster, whitch is not true.

Don't listen to this either, if he actualy knew anything about passing drug tests, then he wouldn't recomend any cheap, bogous detox drinks. All they do is dilute you for an expensive price. You can do the same thing for free or $2-3 if you don't have the supplies at your house if you just follow the dilution method on this site plus with a better chance of passing than those drinks. Not everyone who uses detox drinks always pass. So what if you and all of your friends passed using them, doesn't mean everyone else who uses them will also pass. What if someone on probation decided to use 'formula 420' for his drug test and ended up failing because he thought he was %100 safe? Stop giving people bad information on here, people are depending on good info. to get hired for jobs, stay out of trouble and more importanly, jail.
Again, this dosen't mean what your saying will aply to everyone else; that's just not how it works.

For example...I used a detox drink about 10 years ago that everyone swore worked....spent like $40.00 on this crap (don't remember the name of it), about killed myself drinking so much water, and that nasty tasting concauction (sp?) and guess what...FAILED ANYWAY which sucked even more than filling my stomach so much that I thought I was going to explode.
