|  subsitution second drug test ever and first one with anything to hide. I plan on doing subsitution, i have a 59ml hand sanitizer bottle cleaned out. I tested and tested putting in in my underwear with water and tested it with a thermometer and comes back to 94 degrees. My best friend who is completely clean asked if it would be better if they pissed in the bottle right b4 i went in. I planned on keeping a hand warmer in my pants b4 they give me the bottle then right when they give it to me take the hand warmer out and put the urine in there for the test, would this be better then keeping the urine in over a period of lets say 2 hours? |

| It sounds like a good plan either way. Just make sure that if he does it right then you have time to make sure it doesn't lose any temp.
