to be clean...I'm a big guy also 6'4''270lbs. If you could put off your test for a day and try the dilution tips they have on this site it would probably work. a lot of ppl have used it and passed...best of luck man. I hope it all works out for you.

It's taken me 49+ days (a few times) to clean out & there are many others who take that long to clean out here, some longer, some shorter...so 36 days worst case scenario does not apply to all. Length of time is an important factor but there are other things that determine clean out time i.e. metabolism, body fat, exercise, smoking history.

I'm in health care, have been for 14 years, won't say what but I'm not at the bottom & have college transcripts (2 sets) too. Doesn't mean we know what will exactly work for everyone. People might not like it but what they really want is the truth, not a random 1 size fits all answer.

nopaltrybrute, the best advice from me, on short notice would be to home test with dilution and test again. Although, reading back it looks like you were somewhat diluted with the failed test?

So you drank 52 ounces of gatorade & water + ____ ounces in the detox drink within 3 hours of the test? From what I've read here, that could be close to a diluted result. Did you home test yourself after all of this or after the test?

Why did you use B12 and B6? It is B2 that gives you color and color doesn't matter if you pass the validity testing. I agree with Flor you may be close to a negative dilute.

No I did not perform a home test before or after. Unfortunately I am out of money after all this. I now have about $8 left until I get paid Tuesday.

Also, does body weight factor in to urine dilution? I'm a big guy (5'9"-10" 260-270)... and the detoxify was around 20-24 ounces I'd guess, based on the size of the bottle (I'm at work now don't have the bottle in front of me)

It happens. You were tired, stressed and sounded rushed to find info. Did you take any multivitamins which would help some with the specific gravity check? I would have ditched the water all together and stuck to gatorade. Hopefully you like and have eaten a good amount of red meat in the past few days to help with the creatinine levels. If you are negative dilute, it'll be up to the employer whether they let you test again so in the meantime of waiting for results...DON'T smoke & continue reading so if you do get a neg-dilute & if they allow you to retest, you'll be better prepared. Nah, I'm done smoking for the foreseeable future, which is what makes this all the more frustrating! I quit with the express purpose of finding a job that pays me what I'm worth (I have 8+ years experience in IT and am very underpaid at the moment in relation to my skillset).

Fortunately I might have an "out" if it comes back diluted. When they sent me the email with the test info they said "don't drink too much water". I sent a reply saying "oh well I think I should let you know that I'm on a diet right now that involves drinking large amounts of water, I hope that won't throw it off". So if it does come back diluted I can try and use that as leverage to get a second test. So, in a way, I have my ass covered.

If I fail this test and get a chance at a second (which would probably be very soon, not enough time to let it get out of my system on its own, they want me to start next wednesday), would you recommend dilution or subbing? When I took the test they did not watch me, and let me close the door all the way.

Oh, and I eat way too much red meat, so I doubt my creatine levels will be a problem
