Hi, first time here so be gentle

ok so here's the situation. i was just informed that I will have to give a blood and urince sample to my insurance company (New York Life) so i can get a life insurance policy. They didn't come out and say it was a drug test, but why else would a guy show up at my house with a needle and a cup? Anyway, I had no idea that this was gonna happen and now I find myself in a pinch. The last time I smoked was Tuesday, the 5th. Up until then I was smoking about half of a small bowl almost every night before I went to bed. Once I heard about the test, I stopped. I'm 21, weigh right around 118lbs, 5'4" tall. I'm in excellent shape although I don't work out anymore. I really don't know my metabolism rate, but I would assume that it's pretty fast since I haven't gained weight in probably 4 years (with 2 years of almost complete inactivity). I've been smoking at the rate stated above for about a month or two and before that it was like once every two months if at all.

I'm trying to postpone the test as much as I can, but it's looking like i'm gonna have to take it in the earliest 1 week, latest 3.

So, were do I stand and what do I need to do? Thanks!
