I'm not a heavy smoker by any means. I use to smoke everyday when I was younger but now it's just about once a month. I have to take a drug test on Monday for a very important job. I smoked the last two weeks once a week. Once on Memorial day and then the Sunday of this week. Do you think I'll be ok next monday?

I'm fairly active. I do moderate exercises for a hour and a half a day. I'm 5'4" and about 220 (more muscle than fat really). I just want to know if I have a chance. I don't have the money to blow on at home drug test.

From what you know, do you think I can pass?

Most likely, but if I was in your position I'd want to test and be sure.

No, I can't afford to lose this job. I didn't even know I was going to get it until the day after I smoked last (monday). Trust me, I'm kicking my self in the butt for smoking.

Are home tests usually accurate?

I was reading how people passed the day after smoking and I also read how people failed after being clean for 90+ days. I've been drinking a lot of water and I drank a carton of cranberry juice (I thought the test was today).

I have a pretty strict workout regimen that I do every day. It's not any heavy workouts but it's something I need to do to get in better shape. Should I refrain from working out? I've read that you should but I also read that you shouldn't.

Just an FYI: I am considerably smaller in size than u as described and have been clean for 27 days and i am still testing positive on the home tests. Everyone is different and i would also recommend a home test. I ordered mine online for less than $2.00 .
If i were u i would try to sub or dilute.

97-99% accurate - better than a guess.

You have to look at the people's stats who failed after 90 days, i.e. smoke history, did they exercise, body fat %, etc...before you apply that to you. You'll see multiple clean time ranges for multiple stats & histories, that's why the home test is preferred over a guess. I think you have a good chance if the smoke history is correct but wouldn't you rather know?

Splurge on a home test & read dilution in case you need it.

Stop drinking large amounts of cranberry juice and water, as it's doing nothing to help you pass or get clean.
It's recomended that if you have a urine test, that you start exercising everyday untill 3 days up to your test. Seeing as how todays friday, I guess you could start exercising from today to sunday, but I would only exercise today and saturday to be sure. On sunday, don't exercise at all just sit around the house and become lazy and eat fatty foods to help lock the THC metabolites in your fat cells and on the morning of your test, test yur self with a home test (if you have one) using the first piss of the day (most concentrated) and if your clean you won't have to do anything special, if not than dilute or sub. It isn't people failing 90+ days it was 1 person failing after 90+ days. A 400 pound person who didn't do anything but sit around and smoke an large amount of pot every day tested dirty for 105 days.

With all due respect, how is 5'4" and 220 not overweight? Unless you are a professional bodybuilder with 22" arms and a 58" chest with a 27" waist you are overweight. It has to be said because it can affect THC metabolism in your body.
