Hello, I am 5'8'', 188 lbs female, and will be clean for 35 days by the time i take my test. Still have a week or so to go before test day. My smoking history is: smoked very heavily, good stuff x 5 years. I quit 3/15/07, then caved around 5/20/07 and smoke a few puffs (very minor compared to the previous bong rips like a champ!), then clean since. I am pretty active but have gained some wt. recently (like 10 lb). I am back to exercising - 1 to 1.5 hrs cardio plus yoga - for the past few days, and I intend to keep it up till test day. Those are my stats.

I am very nervous about a pre-employment screen. I recall the last hospital test i took, the lady made me change into a gown, then asked me to "lift up my breasts" to make sure nothing was concealed under them. I have contemplated subbing, but nervous about getting caught... could hide something in my undies but what if they have to be taken off prior? Everyone tells me to quit worrying, that I will be fine, but I have heard of ppl failing after 5 or 6 wks clean. *stressful* Subbing worries me because I don't want to f* it up or get caught, which I think would be worse than failing b/c it is like cheating.

I am taking double doses of B-vitamins each day, exercising like a fiend, and eating healthfully. I don't think pure dilution alone would secure the deal because it may be a GC test. I guess... asparin, Rolaids, creatine and gatorade mixed with salt?? How soon should I start these things. Also, should I take vitamins other than the B-ones? I don't know if any of the detox (not masking) drinks are effective. Does anyone know of a natural detox plan, using cayenne or something? How much creatine should I take, and when?

I'm worried.

If you are so worried, why don't you just buy a home test at the drug store?

from the info u have provided i think you will probably be ok but i agree you should go buy a hometest and check your first pee in the am they are pretty reliable. if you are worried try dilution technique. good luck

You cannot be made to strip and put on a gown simply for a pre-employment drug test. The only reason you would be made to put on a gown is if you were also taking a physicial exam at the same time.

I recently had to take a drug test at a hospital, so I was NOT going to chance it taking goldenseal, Bcomplex, aspirin, Niacin and salted gatorade. I decided to go ahead and spend the money for those items on something I knew would work. Quick Fix was my choice, and it couldn't have been easier. Follow directions, be sure you shake, and boom, ready.
Now, I've passed 2 different hospital's piss test with this.
If you're a woman, like me, I warmed the bottle and applied the heating pad. I then strapped that to my underwear (no thongs here) with medical tape. Regular tape won't hold. Then I put on a maxi pad with wings over that, so if asked, the nurse would respect my privacy enough to just get a look. You wanna go all out? Put a bit-o-ketchup on it. Gross, I know, but neither time did the nurse even search me. Also, dress nicely, and wear clothes that are a bit big for you, so your when you're walking, it couldn't be mistaken.
Now, if they put you in the gown FIRST, then this plan might not work. But I've never heard of that except when you're in the drug-court program.
