I have taken two drug tests, and both times I used substitution. I have read many threads about people doing some crazy things to conceal the clean urine. One guy was talking about using glue on his thigh. I think using a condom is two risky as it could break if you sat on it. I used a small shampoo bottle tucked inside a pair of underarmour shorts. They are spandex like and will not let it fall out. I got the sample about an hour prior to the test and kept it behind my sac while in transit and in the waiting room. Everything worked out great except that I did not have quite enough urine, but they let me get away with it because I told ahead of time that I did not have to pee.

I have another test comming up in two days for a job. I do not know where to get a clean sample, so I am going to try dilution. I am going to be 4 days clean from being a daily smoker. I am 5 11 and 190lbs. I have been exercising a fair amount (which I do on a regular basis) and taking vitamins (which I also do on a regular basis). I plan on using aspirin, certo, water, creatine supp., and b-complex vitamin. And I forgot to mention I sat in a sauna for awile which I will do again. Im not sure how much that will help, but my school has a sauna that I inadvertantly pay for so I figure I should use it for something. I will post again after the test.

past a First Check home kit today with no problem. I only drank about 24oz of water in the two hours before i pissed.

you should test with the first pee of the day with no dilution..... you want to know where you are really at pass or fail........and then you'll know what to do next...

Yeah, I def. should have so that I might not have had to go through this miserable experience. Anyway, I pretty much followed the directions listed in the dilution and aspirin thread. The problem is, after drinking two quarts of gatorade the liquid was comming out of the wrong end. I will not be to vulgar, but I had worse diarhea than I have ever had in my life. I drank two quarts of gatorade, a quart of water, and a redbull (plus all of the ingredients I listed before). Then I got lost on my way downtown which cost me some time, by the time I had peed it had been about 3 1/2 hrs since I began diluting. So i am not so sure if I past or not...I will repost when I find out.

Somehow I managed to pass, thanks to the info from this site. I don't really know how considering I only had 4 days before the test and had been a daily smoker prior. I have a below average metabolism, so that did not help. I think it was all the exercise, and the fact that I followed the direction pretty closely. Thanks for the info everyone...

By the way it was at LabCorp, and it was mailed out for testing.
