Hey All

I am 58 yrs old, have been smoking for about a year after a very long lay off.
I smoke between have been avg a bowl a day latley. I smoke part on the way to work and finish the bowl on the way home and perhaps add a little to the bowl. I am 5.5 weigh 220 lbs so that makes my matab on the slow side. I smoked yesterday 6/20 and have up until 2 weeks to call the drug test lady, she will come to my house to admin the test. this is a pre-employment type of test (i had the same test about 1 1/2 years ago). What works, what myths to avoid?

If the collector comes to your house, then it would be easy to sub. Otherwise, you need to stop smoking pot now to be able to pass with relative ease in two weeks time.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have quit already, I have been drinking a quart of water a day for now and plan to step it up a little at a time over the next two weeks, also i plan to add cranberry juice to the equation. anything else i should be doing?

drinking all that water wont flush your system but may just really dilute it too much. look at the dilution threads if that is what you are trying to do with all that fluid. good luck
